Client Renewal of Services

These projects come to me when something has been added to the services a client is receiving. My process is as follows;

  • Audit current set up services
  • Verify information related to service being added
  • Have a meeting with the team that sold the project to inform them of any updates.
  • Have a meeting with the client to set expectations and timeline
  • Implement

My goal is to ensure that clients maintain a smooth expected experience. There’s no better way to do this than to make sure they know what to expect ahead of time. And when I audit and verify info, I am able to do just that.
